Mugwort has a wide variety of traditional uses, most commonly known as a digestive and tonic herb. Helpful to improve appetite, digestive function, and absorption of nutrients at low dose for long term use. Also encourages elimination of worms. Mugwort is also known to increase bile flow and mildly induces the onset of menstruation.
Chinese medicine uses Mugwort to prevent miscarriage and to reduce or stop menstrual bleeding.
